Subcontractors

If you are interested in being a trade partner and supplying services or materials to our company then please send the following:

• First, ensure that you service Cocke, Jefferson, Hamblen, and Sevier counties in East Tennessee;

• Information sheet/brochure about your company and experience;

• Your best contact information;

• A list of references and/or places where we can see your work or product.

• If selected, a copy of the information below under New/Existing Trade Partners will also be required.

You may email or mail your information to us here. Once we receive it we will review and if we are interested then we will get back to you to discuss your company, review your work and references, as well as possible opportunities available.

We require an annual copy of your:

• Certificate of Insurance (demonstrating your Workers Compensation, General Liability or other applicable insurances and exemptions). This is normally obtained from your insurance agent.;

• Local and/or State Business Licenses or Exemptions. If you do not have this on-file then you can obtain it from the applicable issuing county or state office.;

• W9 (if any changes since last submission). You generally complete this certification yourself with your business and tax identification number.
